Pir Mazharul Haq, Senior Minister for Education and Literacy, Sindh, will preside. Dr. Muhammad Ali Shaikh, Principal of Sindh Madressah will give presentation on “Past, Present and Future of Sindh Madressah.”
The prominent academicians of the country and teachers and students of Sindh Madressah will also speak on the occasion. Sindh Madressatul Islam was founded by enlightened Sindhi Muslims of Sindh led by Khan Bahadur Hassanally Effendi on 1st September 1885 in Karachi. The main objective of its establishment was to provide quality and modern education to Sindhi Muslims in English medium to cope up the new challenges surfaced after the annexation of Sindh by the British in 1843.
